visvim
Founded in 2001 by Hiroki Nakamura, Visvim connects the world with the best Japanese craftsmanship placing a great value on cultural knowledge. Beginning life as principally a footwear brand, Visvim established itself as a disruptive brand also in the apparel section, thanks to an exquisitely detailed awareness of fabrics, traditional techniques, and a deep passion for archival items. Every t-shirts, hoodies, jackets and shirting is conceived with oversize fit and typical Nipponian style. In addition, Nakamura is a denim, and Native American indigenous references aficionado, that he puts on Visvim collections. -
MM6 Maison Margiela
Launched in 1997, MM6 Maison Margiela continuously reimagines the contemporary wardrobe with wit and irreverence. Sartorial conventions are routinely bent and broken. Conceptual essentials are created using unique fabric treatments, resulting in a distinctive All-Gender wardrobe. -
Carhartt WIP
Established in 1994 by Edwin Faeh, Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) combines authentic adaptations of the robust American archetypes while engaging with the subcultures that have embraced it. Meanwhile, with a growing network and a strong foundation, Carhartt WIP opened its first store in London in 1997 and began to engage with cultural spheres outside its own industry. This saw the brand launch its own skate team and music departments, while also supporting an array of artists and releasing various publications. Since 2010 Carhartt WIP has worked with a number of like-minded brands, including A.P.C., Converse, Fragment Design, Junya Watanabe Man, Nike and Vetements, as well as collaborating with music icons, such as Fela Kuti, Underground Resistance, and Vestax. -
